Centralised training management, delivered as a service.

As training needs, teams, and providers grow, so does the complexity: scattered requests, disconnected catalogues, manual coordination, inconsistent quality, limited visibility. We handle the organisation, coordination, and continuous improvement of your entire training operation across IT, leadership, compliance, and soft skills, so your people get the right learning without adding internal workload.
One partner, one plan, one invoice.
Strategy through reporting, handled end-to-end.
Scales with you as your team grows.

What we take off your plate

We handle the full training cycle so you can focus on your business, not on coordinating it.

Strategy & Needs Analysis

We start by mapping what your teams actually need, not simply what is easy to book. Through skills audits, role-based learning paths, stakeholder interviews, and business-aligned planning, we identify the training priorities that will make the biggest impact.

We can integrate your existing internal training catalogue, connect it with external providers, and build customised learning catalogues around your organisation, roles, locations, technologies, and development goals.

Vendor & Trainer Sourcing

You get the right trainer, provider, or learning format for each topic. We source, vet, negotiate, and manage external trainers and training companies, while also incorporating your preferred internal experts or existing supplier relationships.

Whether you need off-the-shelf IT training, soft-skills workshops, certification courses, customised learning journeys, or fully bespoke programmes, we manage the supplier landscape for you.

Delivery, Logistics & Quality

We coordinate the full delivery experience: scheduling, trainer communication, participant management, virtual platforms, onsite logistics, materials, attendance tracking, feedback, and follow-up.

From ready-made learning experiences to fully tailored training programmes and consultation, we make sure every session is professionally organised, relevant to your audience, and aligned with your expectations.

Reporting & Compliance

You get clear visibility into what has been delivered, who attended, what it cost, and what impact it had. We provide monthly dashboards, attendance records, certification tracking, budget reporting, and audit-ready documentation.

Our processes are ISO 27001-aligned, and we work with a strong focus on confidentiality, data protection, and secure handling of training records, participant data, and reporting information.

How a partnership works

Our onboarding is designed to get you from “overwhelmed” to “fully handled” inside a few weeks, not a few quarters.
1

Discovery call

A 30-minute conversation to understand your company, your teams, your current training setup, and where training organisation currently creates the most friction.

No slide deck. No hard sell. Just a practical conversation about what you need.
2

Audit & proposal

We review your existing training catalogues, suppliers, processes, tools, and training priorities. Where useful, we also speak with selected team leads or stakeholders to understand demand across the business.

Then we come back with a clear proposal covering what we would take on, how we would manage it, which training areas we would prioritise, and what it costs.

Fixed fee or retainer, your choice.
3

Onboarding & plan

Once we are partners, we build your training operating model together. You get a dedicated account lead, a shared training calendar, agreed processes for requests and approvals, and visibility into all planned, requested, and delivered training.

We can work with your existing internal catalogue, bring in external providers, create customised catalogues, and design bespoke programmes where standard training is not enough.
4

We run the operation

From that point on, training becomes easier to manage.

Your teams request training through one channel. Providers are coordinated by us. Sessions are scheduled, delivered, tracked, and reported. Invoices come from one place.

You do less coordination, your people get better access to relevant learning, and your organisation gains a clearer view of training activity, spend, and outcomes.
5

Quarterly reviews

Every three months we sit down, review what worked, what did not, and what needs to change.

We look at participation, feedback, budget usage, catalogue performance, upcoming business priorities, and new training needs.

Your business changes, and your training plan should too.

Choose how much you hand over.

Three ways to work with us. We will help you pick the right fit during the discovery call.

Fully managed

We run your entire training management function. One partner, one annual plan, one invoice, one point of contact for training requests, supplier coordination, delivery management, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Best for

Companies without an internal L&D team, or those who want a professional training function without adding headcount.

Hybrid partnership

You keep strategy and direction in-house. We handle the execution: catalogue management, trainer sourcing, scheduling, logistics, delivery coordination, participant communication, reporting, and provider management.

Best for

Teams with an L&D lead, HR team, or internal academy, but limited capacity to manage daily training operations.

Project-based

A defined programme, such as IT upskilling, onboarding, leadership development, soft-skills academies, compliance rollout, or a bespoke learning journey, run end-to-end by us.

Best for

One-time initiatives, complex rollouts, or a pilot before stepping into a full training management partnership.

Frequently asked

1. How is this different from just booking individual trainings with you?

Booking an individual training solves one training need once. A partnership means we manage the training function around it: planning, catalogue management, sourcing, logistics, delivery, quality, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Instead of coordinating every training separately, you get one centralised service for IT, soft skills, leadership, compliance, digital skills, and bespoke programmes.

2. Do we have to commit to a long contract?

Our partnerships typically start with a 12-month engagement so both sides can build a proper operating model and measure results over time.

If you prefer, we can begin with a 3-month pilot on a defined scope, such as an IT training catalogue, soft-skills programme, or compliance rollout.

3. What does it cost?

Pricing depends on the scope: number of trainings per year, team size, countries and languages covered, catalogue complexity, reporting requirements, and whether you want us to manage strategy, operations, or both.

After the discovery call, we provide a clear fixed monthly retainer or annual fee, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

4. Can we keep our current trainers?

Yes. If you already work with trainers or providers you trust, we can integrate them into the training setup and manage them alongside our network.

You keep the relationships that work, while we take over coordination, quality control, scheduling, reporting, and invoicing where needed.

5. What about languages and locations?

We deliver in English and German as standard, with additional languages available through our trainer network.

Training can be onsite, virtual, hybrid, off-the-shelf, customised, or fully bespoke. We support companies across Europe and beyond, including multi-location and distributed teams.

6. How quickly can we start?

Most partnerships go live within 4 to 6 weeks of the discovery call.

For urgent projects, such as compliance deadlines, IT rollouts, onboarding waves, or time-sensitive skills programmes, we can accelerate the setup and start with a focused scope.

7. Is our training data confidential?

Yes. We treat training data, participant information, reporting, supplier details, and internal business context with strict confidentiality.

Our processes are ISO 27001-aligned, we sign NDAs as standard, and your training records remain yours. We can provide exports whenever required and support audit-ready documentation.
