Marketing Strategy using AI

A practical intermediate course for teams already using AI tools. The focus is on working more effectively across research, segmentation, content, channel planning, and measurement by introducing clear workflows and fit-for-purpose tools. Participants use real cases and guided practice to build an AI assisted strategy stack.

You will connect business goals to an AI enabled marketing plan, select the right tools for each job, and create reusable prompts, templates, and checklists. You will set up lightweight governance so outputs stay accurate, on brand, and privacy safe.

  • Crafting positioning, message houses, and content plans with AI guardrails

  • Trend and keyword exploration with triangulation for reliability
  • Summaries that capture signals, caveats, and open questions

Module 3: Positioning and message architecture with AI
  • Draft positioning statements and value propositions per segment
  • Build a message house and tone guidelines that scale across channels
  • Create reusable prompts for voice, examples, and banned claims

Module 4: Go to market focus and content plan
  • Select priority segments and minimum viable offers
  • Outline themes, formats, and cadence aligned to the journey
  • Prepare a simple 4 week plan with owners and checkpoints
Module 5: Channel mix and activation
  • Match channels to intent and budget across the funnel
  • Create channel specific briefs from one source of truth
  • Draft variants for web, email, and social while preserving key facts

Module 6: Measurement and experimentation
  • Build a KPI tree and reporting cadence for stakeholders
  • Set hypotheses and decision rules for continue or pause
  • Prepare a lightweight dashboard specification and tagging checklist

Module 7: Workflow automation and collaboration
  • Create templates for briefs, content outlines, and reviews
  • Standardize handoffs with naming, version notes, and approvals
  • Integrate AI outputs into shared drives, project boards, and calendars

Module 8: Governance and continuous improvement
  • Privacy, disclosure, and brand safety reminders in prompts and templates
  • Bias and misinformation checks with escalation paths
  • Maintain a living library of prompts, checklists, and approved phrasing
